Handyman Services and Tub & Tile Refinishing

At Martin Jann Handyman/Tub and Tile Refinishing, we recently undertook a project in Pitman that involved a complete overhaul of a bathroom. We started by demolishing the existing tub surround and cutting out the arch for reframing. We made sure to plumb the walls correctly for the tile installation. Once that was done, we installed a 1/2 inch waterproof substrate and then proceeded with the tub refinishing and tile installation. The customer supplied us with 12×24 tiles which we installed carefully. We didn’t stop there; we stripped the existing finish from the tub, applied a skid-resistant surface to the tub floor, and reglazed the tub in gloss white.
